Über All Star - Aqua Cat
Von Nassau (New Providence) auf den Bahamas aus fährt die All Star Aqua Cat, ein PADI-Tauchboot, das für Taucher konzipiert ist, die ihr Abenteuer mit einem guten Maß an Komfort verbinden möchten. Der dreistöckige 102-Fuß-Katamaran fährt mit Enriched Air (Nitrox) und verbindet anspruchsvolles Tauchen mit einem entspannten, flexiblen Ablauf ohne feste Reiseroute. Zwischen den Tauchgängen laden Schnorcheln, Kajakfahren, Sonnenbaden oder Landgänge zum Erkunden ein. Die Crew wurde vom Magazin Scuba Diving als Nr. 1 für exzellenten Service bewertet, und das gesamte Konzept wirkt wie ein schwimmendes Tauchresort.
An Bord stehen Warmwasserduschen, eine Ladestation für Akkus sowie Bücher zur Fisch-Identifikation und zum Thema Tauchen bereit. Englisch, Französisch und Portugiesisch werden gesprochen. Ideal für alle, die ein geselliges, unkompliziertes Abenteuer auf dem Meer suchen, bei dem hochwertiges Tauchen im Mittelpunkt steht.

Lots of diving opportunities throughout the trip. Great planning before visiting a new site as well. My biggest surprise was the quality of the food on the trip. It exceeded expectations and I have no idea how a small kitchen can feed that many people with that quality of food 3 times a day.

But what really makes AquaCat special is the crew. Not only are they friendly and fun, but they are also extremely professional and safety-focused. My dad/dive buddy had a medical emergency while resurfacing after a dive, and the crew immediately jumped into action. Everyone knew exactly what their role was and the team operated like a well-oiled machine to save his life. I’m so deeply grateful for their fast action, and his survival is a testament to their deep training and close attention to everything that’s happening on their boat. I’m so glad we were in the capable hands of Captain Sam and his crew. I’d recommend AquaCat over and over again to anyone considering a liveaboard in the Caribbean.
