I had an unusual experience with this company. The divemaster who was supposed to guide - they did not really - no pointing out fish, no paying attention to the divers. There were only three divers and at a max of 22 feet. One diver told us he sucked lots of air and he was a brand new diver. He came up from the first dive with NO air! At the end of the second dive he came up in complete panic with his regulator out of his mouth because again he ran out of air. The divemaster - in the water (despite the captain yelling at her) ignored his panic - when he made it to the boat he was scared to death. The captain and I assisted taking off his BCD to get him in the boat! As a 19 year diver - if you have a new diver that came up with no air once - wouldn't you stay with him underwater - monitoring his gauges and getting him to the surface at 1000. No one should run out of air TWICE in the Florida Keys in 20 feet of water!!! I appreciate a good bit of this blame goes on the diver but the divemaster defintely DID NOT help the situation. I will probably not dive with this company again - I was very disappointed with what I witnessed today. If anyone can see my other reviews - THAT is still the only company in the Keys I want to use!!
