At Adventure Cook Islands, diving is both passion and profession — and it shows. To keep things personal, trips go out with a maximum of 4 to 5 divers (or 4 students per course), led by some of the most experienced professional dive guides and instructors working in Rarotonga.

Beyond scuba trips and training, this is a genuine one-stop shop for in-water adventures: introduction dives, snorkel trips and technical diving, plus hire of kayaks, snorkel gear, bodyboards, bicycles and 125 cc scooters. As a PADI Resort with 3 PADI Instructors, the centre offers courses including PADI Deep Diver. Expect to encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals and more.

The waterfront centre sits right in front of the Aroa Marine Reserve on the island's south-west corner — one of the best snorkelling spots inside Rarotonga's lagoon — with a house reef, dive boat, onsite classroom, retail shop and parking. Staff speak English, Dutch, French, German and Italian, making it a welcoming choice for divers of every level.
