Deefer Diving

Deefer Diving is Carriacou's original and most beloved dive centre — the island's oldest and most popular operation, and a PADI 5-Star Dive Resort with a hard-earned reputation for great diving and top-notch training. With four PADI instructors and a team that speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian, it's a welcoming base whether you're a seasoned diver or just starting out.

Courses and diving

Choose from 35 courses and activities, including the PADI Rescue Diver, Search and Recovery Diver, Underwater Navigator, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Adventure Diver and Divemaster programmes. Enriched air (Nitrox) is available, and for those ready to go bubble-free, the expert team offers CCR (closed-circuit rebreather) diving. Fancy simply exploring? The 3 Tank and 4 Tank Dive experiences show off Carriacou's breathtaking reefs.

Dives run on the 34-foot catamaran MV Phoenix, with multi-dive packages six days a week — morning, afternoon or night. Local sites include Sisters Rocks – Deep Blue, The Rose and Sandy Island Garden, home to sharks, rays, turtles, eels, corals and more. With a waterfront location, onsite classroom, retail shop and free Wi-Fi, it suits divers of every level.
