Dewi Nusantara

Known as the "Goddess of the Archipelago", Dewi Nusantara is the largest wooden liveaboard in Indonesia, an elegant 57mt schooner custom-built for luxury scuba-diving trips. She comfortably hosts up to 18 guests across individually designed, air-conditioned cabins — one magnificent 46 sqm Master Suite and eight 20 sqm Deluxe Staterooms, each with a private bathroom.

Diving and dive sites

A PADI dive boat offering enriched air (Nitrox), Dewi Nusantara keeps groups small, with a maximum of four divers per guide for attentive, unhurried dives. Itineraries of various durations reach some of Indonesia's most celebrated waters, including Raja Ampat, Triton Bay, the Banda Sea, the Forgotten Islands, Alor, Komodo, Halmahera and Cenderawasih Bay. The crew handles all the heavy gear, and a long ladder makes water exit easy after each dive.

She suits divers who want a refined, small-group experience, with warm-water showers, a battery charging station, fish ID and diving books, and free Wi-Fi within range of cellular towers. English and Indonesian are spoken on board, and a complimentary mini head-and-shoulder massage rounds off every dive.
