Rooted in the Vancouver community since 1973, Dive and Sea Sports has spent decades sharing a passion for the underwater world. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with 8 PADI instructors on the team, it pairs deep instructional experience with gear sales and servicing — all delivered with a focus on genuine customer care.

Courses and what it's known for

The range of PADI programs runs from Discover Scuba Diving experiences and Skin Diver (advanced snorkeling) training through open water certification, drysuit training, and technical diving with PADI TecRec. Gear maintenance courses and pathways for professional development round things out, backed by air fills, nitrox, mixed gas, and equipment rental for both scuba and freediving.

An onsite classroom, retail shop, air conditioning, and parking make it a comfortable home base, with English-speaking staff throughout. Divers here may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones, and more. It suits everyone from first-time triers to technical divers looking to advance.
