Diving Chile's Coquimbo coast from Pichidangui

Divetruck Spa sits on the waterfront in Pichidangui, Chile, where quality, innovation, service and experience shape everything the centre does. It's a PADI Resort with four PADI instructors on the team, geared toward divers who want proper training standards alongside easy access to the water.

The course list covers the whole path. PADI Discover Scuba Diving runs from USD 80 over roughly three hours for first-timers, while the PADI Open Water Diver Course takes about four days. Certified divers can build on that with Advanced Open Water Diver (E-learning), Deep Diver, Rescue Diver, Enriched Air Diver (Nitrox), Dry Suit Diver — useful in these waters — and the ReActivate Scuba Refresher for anyone shaking off some rust.

Facilities include an onsite training pool and classroom, a dive boat, retail shop, free Wi-Fi, parking and onsite accommodation. Air fills, nitrox, equipment sales and rental are all handled in house, and the centre runs conservation activities and a dive club. Staff speak English and French, and the doors are open 08:30 AM – 06:00 PM every day of the week.
