Diving Academy

Set on the waterfront in Plungė, Lithuania, Diving Academy is an association founded in 2009 that has gathered diving enthusiasts from across the country. It's built on a reputation for professionalism, flexibility, creativity and mobility, never tied to a single spot. As a PADI Resort with 2 PADI Instructors and a house reef on its doorstep, it's a natural home base for anyone drawn to the water.

Courses and dive life

Newcomers can try a discovery dive in the pool or a lake, or capture the moment in an underwater photo session. From there, courses run across every level and lead to an international certification, with paths through PADI Scuba Diving, TecRec, Rebreather/CCR, Freediving, Snorkelling and First Aid EFR.

The centre rents, sells and services equipment, and its air fills cover Nitrox, Trimix and mixed gas. Beyond training, the Academy runs camps for children and adults, hosts a growing dive club community, organises trips to destinations like Egypt, Norway, Mexico, Malta, the Maldives and Croatia, and stages its unique Aqualangas underwater art exhibitions. English is spoken, with an onsite classroom, free Wi-Fi, retail shop, dive boat and parking on hand.
