Eco Dive

Tucked into the historic downtown of Salaberry-de-Valleyfield, Eco Dive sits right on the shores of Lake St. François — one of Quebec's most popular diving destinations, thanks to its many shipwrecks. It holds a distinction no one else in the province can claim: the only dive center in Quebec with its own training pool directly inside the shop.

Courses and dive sites

As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 12 PADI Instructors, Eco Dive runs the full ladder of training — from first-time beginner courses right through to instructor-level certifications. An onsite training pool and classroom keep learning close to home, while two commercial dive boats docked in front of the shop open up more than 10 wrecks, all roughly 20 minutes away by boat.

Beyond training, you'll find a fully equipped retail shop stocking major scuba brands, plus air fills, equipment sales and rental, a dive club and conservation activities. With staff speaking both English and French, it suits divers at every level looking for freshwater wreck diving close to Montreal.
