Fantasea Divers

Set on the waterfront in Dahab, Egypt, Fantasea Red Sea is a well-established PADI 5 Star IDC Resort backed by five PADI instructors. The team teaches the full range of recreational PADI courses, from core certifications through specialties such as Deep Diver, Underwater Photographer and Coral Reef Conservation.

Diving in Dahab

More than 15 nearby coral reef dive sites sit within reach, including local favourites like the Canyon, Eel Garden, Tiger Reef, Lighthouse, Bannerfish Bay, Napoleon Reef and Moray Garden. The reefs shelter plentiful coral reef fish, eels, lionfish and turtles, with the chance of sharks and rays too. Guided dives run twice a day, departing at 9am and returning around 4pm.

Fantasea keeps things personal: novice and experienced divers are not mixed in the same group unless requested, groups stay small at a maximum ratio of 6:1, and private guides can be arranged with advance notice. With an onsite training pool, classroom, house reef and English- and Arabic-speaking staff, it suits everyone from first-timers to divers chasing specialties.
