Jeju Scuba School

Set on the romantic island of Jeju, in Seogwipo, South Korea, Jeju Scuba School is a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort and a PADI Scuba Resort. With five PADI Instructors on its team, this is a place built for divers at every stage — the centre offers everything from open-water training all the way through to instructor development.

Courses and diving

The course list runs deep: PADI Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Night Diver, Boat Diver, Enriched Air, Fish Identification and the DSMB Diver speciality. Reference pricing starts from USD 34, with the Open Water Diver course from USD 373. English and Korean are both spoken, so international visitors are well looked after.

Local dive sites include Tiger Island, 문섬, 숲섬 and the 문섬 난파선 wreck, where you might encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish and colourful corals and anemones. On-site you'll find a training pool, classroom, retail shop, accommodation and parking, plus air fills, Nitrox and full equipment rental — a complete base whether you're starting out or going pro.
