Lake Norman SCUBA is the area's only PADI 5 Star Dive Center, based in Morehead City. Whether you're stepping into the water for the first time or chasing a professional rating, this is a place built to take you the whole way — from entry-level certification through professional and technical courses, they offer the full spectrum of training.

Training that goes the distance

As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 33 PADI instructors on the roster, the center is equipped to guide divers from their first breaths underwater right up to instructor level. Course offerings span PADI Scuba Diving, PADI TecRec technical training, and Conservation, so there's room to grow no matter where your interests lead.

On site you'll find an air-conditioned classroom, a retail shop, and parking, plus services including air fills, nitrox, equipment sales, and scuba and travel equipment rental. Staff speak English and Spanish, making it a welcoming spot for a broad mix of divers looking to learn, refresh, or take the next step in their training.
