MC Bunaken

Set on the waterfront between Bunaken and Siladen, MC Bunaken is a certified PADI dive center where the reef is right on your doorstep. With a house reef to explore and a dive boat ready for the sites around these Indonesian islands, it's an easy base for divers who want to spend more time underwater and less time travelling to it.

Courses and diving

Two PADI instructors lead the diving here, backed by an onsite classroom, air fills, and equipment rental for adults and kids alike — open-heel fins, BCD, mask and snorkel, a 3mm wetsuit, regulator, boots, and aluminum cylinders. Whether you're learning or logging dives, staff work in English and Indonesian.

The waters draw a remarkable cast: sharks, whales, turtles, rays, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish, and other marine mammals and reptiles. With free Wi-Fi, food and drinks, and a relaxed waterfront setting, it suits both new divers and those chasing big-animal encounters.
