Plongee Perce

Set on the waterfront in Percé, Canada, Plongee Perce is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center on a mission to promote scuba diving and to help divers discover the exceptional fauna and flora of the marine strip of the Île-Bonaventure-et-du-Rocher-Percé National Park. A team of 4 PADI Instructors guides everything the center does, with a strong focus on practices that respect marine life and raise awareness of protecting the park's underwater world.

Courses and diving in Percé

Training runs across PADI Scuba Diving, PADI Freediving, PADI Snorkelling and PADI First Aid (EFR), so newcomers and experienced divers alike have a clear path to build skills. An onsite classroom, retail shop and dive boat back up the learning, and both English and French are spoken.

Local dive sites include Pointe à la Couette, Anse Chatouilleuse, La roche aux phoques, Bull cove, Bilbo, Mamelonet and mur noir, among others. The waters here are home to sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, rays, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and jellyfish — a fine match for divers keen to explore cold-water marine life responsibly.
