Rio Dive Center

At Rio Dive Center in Kuwait, the philosophy is simple: passion, quality training, respect for local marine life, and the safety of both crew and divers. Founded in 2016 by a group of five PADI Dive Instructors, the centre has grown into a trusted base for divers looking to explore Kuwait's waters with people who genuinely care about the craft.

Courses and local dive sites

As a PADI Dive Center, Rio runs a full ladder of training — from the PADI Open Water Diver certification through to the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course — alongside a Full-Day Dive Trip for those who simply want time in the water. Courses are competitively priced, with dives and activities starting from USD 90, so a wider range of students can get started.

Divers here head out to sites such as Qarouh and Kubbar Island aboard two fully equipped dive boats, supported by friendly, experienced staff and a comfortable facility in the heart of the city. With instruction offered in both English and Arabic, it's a welcoming choice for newcomers and returning divers alike.
