Sea Dragon Charters

Sea Dragon Charters is a full-service, PADI 5 Star Dive Center based in Vancouver, Canada. Its Sea Dragon Expedition Centre is a complete dive store within walking distance of the shop's custom 40' dive vessel, designed by divers, for divers. Drop in for a chat about the local diving, snorkelling and kayaking, browse the retail shop, or arrange air and nitrox fills.

Courses and diving

With four PADI instructors on staff, the centre teaches everything from basic scuba to technical diving. Two popular options are the Half-Day Shore Dive Trip, from USD 110 over roughly 4 hours, and the 2 Tank Charter, from USD 116 across about 5 hours. Guided trips and specialised charters suit groups of all sizes, and English-speaking instruction keeps things clear throughout.

Local diving centres on Porteau Cove Provincial Park, where you may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, corals, anemones and more. On-site facilities include a classroom, free Wi-Fi, parking and full equipment rental and sales — a solid home base for new and experienced divers alike.
