Sea Monkey Maldives

On the waterfront of South Malé Atoll, Sea Monkey Maldives is a freediver center set amid the turquoise waters and coral reefs of the Indian Ocean. With experienced instructors, an onsite classroom and a house reef right at its doorstep, it welcomes both novice and experienced freedivers looking to explore the Maldivian underwater world.

Courses and diving

The center runs PADI Freediving, PADI Scuba Diving and PADI First Aid – EFR courses, with freediving equipment available to rent. A dedicated dive boat carries divers out across South Malé Atoll, where coral gardens teem with tropical fish and encounters with manta rays and sea turtles are part of the experience. Sharks, whales, turtles and a wealth of reef life fill the surrounding waters.

Onsite accommodation, food and drinks, and air-conditioned facilities keep things comfortable between sessions, and the team operates in English.
