SS Scuba Pte Ltd

Established in 2006, The Submersibles — operating under SS Scuba Pte Ltd — is a Singapore dive centre built around a simple idea: dive with purpose, train with passion. As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center and PADI Swim School, it teaches a full spectrum of courses from first breaths to professional ranks, including Instructor Development Courses, alongside swim lessons for all levels.

Courses and what sets it apart

The course list runs from the PADI Open Water Diver Course through Advanced Open Water, Adventure Diver, Deep Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy and Rescue Diver, plus Emergency First Response training. Teaching is student-centric with small class sizes and a low instructor-to-student ratio, so divers progress at their own pace. The centre also provides comprehensive PADI Insurance covering both students and crew during courses.

Conservation runs deep here: every Open Water course includes the PADI AWARE Specialty at no extra cost, and the centre was awarded PADI's Outstanding Contribution to Ocean Conservation 2024. With Nitrox, equipment sales, rental and servicing, and a crew speaking English and Mandarin, it suits new and progressing divers who want patient instruction and an ocean-minded community.
