Sum Dive

SUMDIVE was born from one diver's simple wish: to share the underwater world they fell in love with. Based in Busan, South Korea, this PADI 5 Star IDC centre runs scuba education plus domestic and overseas tours more than 10 times a year — a place where you can find everything you need for diving under one roof.

Courses and local diving

With 2 PADI Instructors on the team, SUMDIVE guides you from your first breaths underwater all the way to a professional rating. Choose from Open Water Diver, PADI Rescue Diver and Divemaster, plus specialties such as Enriched Air Diver, Sidemount Diver and Tec 40 Diver, along with Emergency First Response training. Local dives explore the sites of 태종대 and 감지해변, where you might encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, molluscs and crustaceans.

The centre offers an onsite classroom, retail shop, equipment sales and rental, free Wi-Fi and parking. With staff speaking English and Korean, it suits curious beginners and progressing divers alike. Courses and dives start from USD 169.
