The Deeps

The Deeps is a PADI Freediver Center based in Yeosu-si, South Korea, where freediving sits at the heart of everything. Courses run the full range — freediving and mermaid training right up to the highest level, scuba diving, snorkelling, and EFR first-aid — with classes open to every level, from first-timers to those chasing their deepest descent.

A diving community, not just a dive shop

What sets The Deeps apart is its sheer scale as a club: a 7,000-strong membership and a steady calendar of 1–2 domestic and overseas tours every month. It's a natural fit for divers who want company in the water and somewhere to keep progressing long after the first course ends.

On-site you'll find a dedicated classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, and parking. Staff speak English, Korean, Malay, and Chinese, so visiting divers from across the region can train comfortably and feel at home.
