The Dive Shop

Off the coast of Sihanoukville, Cambodia, the islands serve up genuinely surprising diving — an incredible diversity of hard and soft corals, a large collection of reef fishes, larger pelagics and an enormous variety of macro-life. Most of the dive sites here are fringing coral reefs that wrap around the islands, but more adventurous divers can head off the reef onto the surrounding sands, where the macro life really shines.

Training and macro photography

A PADI 5 Star IDC centre staffed by 4 PADI instructors, The Dive Shop runs all its courses in small groups so you get the best teaching available. The course menu spans PADI Scuba Diving, PADI TecRec, PADI Snorkelling and PADI First Aid (EFR), with air fills, nitrox, trimix and mixed gas on hand. For underwater photographers, a private guide trained to spot hidden and camouflaged creatures — octopus, seahorses and a wonderful array of nudibranchs — can be arranged, with longer dive times whenever possible.

With the largest selection of dive sites in Cambodia, from vibrant reefs to specialist sand and muck diving, plus a waterfront base, house reef, dive boat and onsite accommodation, it suits everyone from new students to macro-obsessed shooters.
