White Seal

White Seal is St. Petersburg's PADI 5 Star ECO Diving Center — the only center of its kind in the city — and a proud member of the Green Fins environmental association. Teaching through the international PADI system with three PADI Instructors on the team, White Seal pairs solid dive education with a genuine commitment to protecting the underwater world.

Courses and who it suits

The center offers training that runs from complete beginner all the way up to Assistant Instructor, with more than 20 PADI specialities to explore. Signature offerings include the PADI Mermaid experience — around 6 hours — alongside snorkelling, first aid (EFR) and conservation-focused activities. It's a welcoming choice for families, aspiring pros and anyone who wants their diving to come with an ecological conscience.

On site you'll find a training pool, a classroom, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop, food and drinks, and parking. Services span air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales and a broad rental range, while staff speak English, French, Italian, Mandarin and Russian.
