Zero Gravity - Scuba Diving Academy

Based in Seoul, South Korea, Zero Gravity Scuba Diving Academy is a certified PADI Dive Center led by PADI Course Director Youngjoon Kim. Diving since 2001, the team of three PADI instructors offers nearly the full range of PADI courses, from first-timer experiences through professional training — making it a fit for complete beginners and divers looking to advance alike.

Courses and specialties

Course options run from PADI Discover Scuba Diving and the ReActivate Scuba Refresher (each from USD 136) up to the Open Water Diver Course and Advanced Open Water Diver. The academy specialises in dry suit diving systems suited to Korea's cold-water environments, with a dedicated PADI Dry Suit Diver course and a Delayed Surface Marker Buoy (DSMB) Diver program. Unique development training focuses on the DIR equipment system, precision buoyancy control, and finning techniques.

Alongside diver education, Zero Gravity values underwater photography and active marine conservation. Facilities include an onsite classroom, retail shop, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and parking, with equipment sales and rental available. English and Korean are both spoken.
