A typical 3-star, with some work to do on maintenance but they are really investing and trying to build something so it will be interesting to see how it evolves. The food was ok - the chef is really good friends with garlic! Despite an initial gaffe with putting me in a single room when I had paid for a double bungalow, the room was lovely, quiet, comfortable and the bed was super comfy. The dive centre is on another level... Blue Ocean Dive Centre was simply one of the best centres I have ever used. The team there were amazing, friendly and conscientious. We also opted for an overnight trip which was such a highlight that I would recommend to everyone. Amazing food on the boat and SWIMMING WITH WILD DOLPHINS!! TWICE! I can't express how much I loved dealing with Romany and Hassan and the rest of the shop team, and especially diving with Mohammed Ali and Islam. Also the house reef is stunning, and would make a perfect first dive experience for any first time diver doing DSD or OW Certification. I highly recommend them!
