★ 5 · Britta L. · 2023-01-17Very well managed, small resort with an excellent diving school, exciting diving boat trips and awesome underwater scenery - octopus, turtles, rays, trigger fish, fish swarms, corals, we even saw a ship wreck. We did two dives a day which were both done in the morning. During the dives we had a nice coffee break with fruits and croissants. Thanks Evans and Hamadi for those incredible dives! Food is very good and tasty, especially the curries and the African specialties, but also Pizza and international food lived up to our expectations. We stayed in a nice beach villa right at the sea, our friends had a room in the hotel right beside the pool with a little terrace. The fact that AC is turned off between 10:00 and 17:00 does not bother at all. There is always a cool breeze and, surprise, there were very few mosquitos. For beach lovers and those who love swimming in the sea, you need to be aware that the tidal range is very large, there is a difference up to 4m between high tide and low tide, so there are days were you walk over shells to go swimming. Service was very good, staff very friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended!
