タークス・カイコス諸島のプロビデンシアレスを拠点に運航するタークス＆カイコス・エクスプローラーIIは、PADIダイブボートとして、この地域屈指のダイナミックな水中地形へ案内するダイブクルーズです。ダイバーはプロビデンシアレス、ウェスト・カイコス、フレンチ・ケイの周辺海域を探索し、断崖が深淵へと続くドロップオフダイブポイントでは、象の耳のように広がるエレファントイヤースポンジや多彩なマクロ生物が岩の隙間を彩ります。また、季節によってはザトウクジラとの遭遇が期待できるのも魅力です。
特徴
40もの島々とケイが点在するこのエリアでは、わずか8島にしか人が住んでいないため、静けさが保たれ、ダイブポイントも混雑することなくのびのびとスキューバダイビングを楽しめます。ウォール沿いでの滞在時間を延ばしたいダイバーにはナイトロックスの使用が可能。自然を守る意識を持ったダイビングが、ここでの体験の一部です。
船上には温水シャワーのほか、フィッシュIDやスキューバダイビングに関する書籍も用意されており、見つけた生物をもっと深く知る手助けをします。スタッフは英語とスペイン語に対応しており、ウォールダイブや色鮮やかな海洋生物を求めて訪れる、世界各地のダイバーにフィットする環境が整っています。

★ 5 · Joshua Holland · 2023-07-30I had an excellent trip on the T&C Explorer II last week. Good food, amazing crew that busted their a**es taking care of us and good (but not great) diving. The boat was decent. A cramped dive deck and no heads outside the cabins were slight drawbacks. Also, they only put one DM in the water for most dives and I believe we had 18 or 19 divers. If you’re uncomfortable with that kind of guidance then that’s something to keep in mind. Definitely would recommend this liveaboard but probably wouldn’t go back for a 2nd trip.

★ 5 · Daniel Van Gool · 2022-01-13I had a fantastic trip on board of the T&C Explorer. The ship is really well equipped for diving - everything is so efficient and well-layed out. Our dive guys were very competen. I learned a lot about the micro world in the ocean. There's so much to see beyond fish and turtles and sharks, that I didn't have as much eye for and this trip was really eye-opening for me. The cabins don't look the most modern ever - they have aged a bit, but they are fully functional and offer enough comfort for a trip like this. Besides, it's not where you're supposed to be spending a ton of time anyway :) The staff took excellent care of us and really made the trip. I would have given 6 stars for 'Food' if I could, because Jo's cooking was simply amazing and far far exceeded any kind of expectations I had for this kind of trip. It was really amazing.
