Maltaquaについて
1970年にマイクとアグネス・アップトン夫妻によって設立されたMaltaquaは、55年にわたりヨーロッパを代表するダイブセンターへと成長してきました。ふたりともCMASナショナルインストラクター、PADIスタッフインストラクター、BSACアドバンスドインストラクターとして活躍し、1968年から数え切れないほどのログ本数を重ねています。もともと教育者である彼らは、創業当初から一貫してダイバー教育を核に据えてきました。
伝統と実績を誇るPADI 5 Star IDC
マルタのQawraを拠点とするMaltaquaは、PADI 5 Star IDCに認定されており、7名のPADIインストラクターが在籍しています。BSACの「School of Excellence」に認定されたのは英国国外ではわずか4校しかなく、そのひとつに数えられます。さらに英国国防省のダイバー訓練センターとしても正式に承認されています。PADIディスカバースキューバダイビング（USD 96 から）からPADIオープンウォーターダイバー、PADIアドバンスドオープンウォーターダイバーまでのコースを提供しており、初めての方からスキルアップを目指すダイバーまで、自然な流れで学べる環境が整っています。
周辺の海には、Um El Faroud石油タンカーやP-29哨戒艇といったレックダイブに加え、Cirkewwaのアーチやサンゴ礁、Comino Island周辺の洞窟やラグーンなど、多彩なダイブポイントが広がっています。ダイバーはハンマーヘッドシャークやクジラ、ウミガメ、魚の群れなど、さまざまな海洋生物との遭遇を期待できます。

My Boys have Completed Thier PADI Courses whilst on this Holiday , taught by excellent and very attentive staff , all the Instructors i have had the pleasure to meet and Dive with are Fabulous people , as are all the shop staff. I could not reccomend high enough Maltaqua and as long as the Company keep going , i will keep returning.
★ 4 · David Barber · 2011-08-12We did three days of diving, with two leaders. One was excellent, one less so (lots of kicking things, picking things up, taking us deeper than we were rated). The dive shop itself was good, although the equipment rental prices were not made clear beforehand (we also did not ask, to be fair).
