★ 1 · Lisa Fiduccia · 2013-07-09My husband and I had planned a day of diving in April. I had gone back and forth with the manager of Trident for over a month, setting up all details. When we arrived in Rhodes, we waited for 2 hrs to be picked up in the agreed spot. No one ever came! We also had a package of excursions already paid for and we passed up the trip to Lindos, to stand on a pier. I was never sent any info regarding a cancellation. When I returned home, I emailed them. I was told that the person I spoke to had gotten in a motorcycle accident and they couldn't call or email me to let me know they couldn't take us diving. (If the accident part was actually true- I am sorry) but I am not so sure that was a true story. Either way as a professional business, someone could have gotten in touch with us not to waste our time, money, and most of all ruining our day on Rhodes.
★ 5 · Frank Reilly · 2013-04-23First dive in 2 years and was led by the hand by the team. Very professional, friendly and courteous. They even inspired my wife to snorkel - a woman who swims without getting her face wet.
