17SIXTY

Perched right on the water in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, 17SIXTY is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center built around an easily accessible house reef that suits divers of every level. The reef sits at 10m–12m before dropping away to 30m–40m, giving newcomers a gentle place to find their fins and experienced divers a wall worth exploring.

Courses and diving

As a PADI 5 Star centre, 17SIXTY offers PADI Scuba Diving and PADI Freediving instruction along with PADI First Aid – EFR training, backed by an onsite classroom. The house reef and the La Mer Beach dive site keep training and fun dives close to home, and beneath the surface you may cross paths with sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish and more.

Facilities include a retail shop, air fills, equipment sales, and both scuba and freediving equipment rental. With staff speaking English, Afrikaans and Arabic, the waterfront centre is an easy fit for local and visiting divers alike.
