ABC Dive

ABC Dive is a diving centre on a human scale, set in a waterfront location in Martinique. A PADI Resort staffed by 4 PADI instructors, it welcomes divers in English and French, and keeps its boat to a maximum of 17 divers so the experience stays personal. Days are built around double-tank outings that run every day: meet at the centre at 8 a.m. and return between 12:30 and 1:30 p.m., leaving the afternoon free to explore the island.

Courses and diving

Training runs the full path from Scuba Diver to Divemaster, and certified divers can enjoy fun dives including drift dives, wreck dives and night dives. The centre runs its own compressor and provides 32% Nitrox for those who want it.

Non-divers are looked after too, with snorkelling and long baptism dives of 50 minutes in the water, plus souvenir films. Local marine life ranges across sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, rays, eels, molluscs, crustaceans, corals and anemones. With equipment rental, air fills and scooter (DPV) rental on site, it suits everyone from first-timers to seasoned divers.
