Alpha Divers

Since opening its doors in 2017, Alpha Divers has built a reputation for quality across the East Tennessee area. Based in Knoxville, this PADI 5 Star Dive Center backs up that name with a full slate of training and a well-stocked retail shop, making it a natural home base for divers at every stage.

Training and local diving

With 3 PADI instructors on hand, the center covers recreational, technical, and professional scuba training, along with freediving courses—so whether you're starting out or pushing into deeper, more demanding waters, there's a path for you. Programs span PADI Scuba Diving, PADI TecRec, PADI Freediving, and PADI First Aid (EFR).

Closer to home, divers head to Philadelphia Quarry to log time and build skills. The facility rounds things out with an onsite classroom, air conditioning, parking, and a dive boat, plus air fills, nitrox, trimix, and mixed-gas services, equipment sales, and gear rental. English is spoken throughout.
