Anchor Bay Scuba Training

Anchor Bay Scuba Training is a PADI 5 Star dive shop based in Detroit, United States, built around one simple idea: learning to dive should fit your life. With an in-store training pool and an onsite classroom, the shop runs classes at your convenience — individual or group, in person or online.

Courses and local diving

A team of three PADI instructors guides everyone from first-time snorkellers to certified divers, covering PADI Scuba Diving, PADI Snorkelling, conservation, and PADI First Aid (EFR). Beyond lessons, the centre offers gear for everything in between, plus local diving through guided outings and wreck-diving charters, and yearly dive trips to destinations around the world.

The waterfront location comes fully equipped — air conditioning, retail shop, parking, food and drinks, air fills, equipment sales and rental. Divers here encounter sharks, whales, turtles and freshwater fish, and a dive club keeps the community connected. English is spoken, making it a welcoming home base for curious beginners and returning divers alike.
