Aqaba Moon Diving Center

Aqaba Moon Diving Center is a PADI 5 Star dive center on the Red Sea in Aqaba, Jordan, founded and run by an instructor couple — IDC Staff Instructor Ismail Suhiemat and Master Instructor Natalya Zlobina — with more than 10 years in the diving industry. With five PADI instructors and four languages spoken, the focus here is on safety, well-maintained equipment, and an enjoyable, welcoming environment.

Courses, trips and dive sites

The centre runs the full PADI path from beginner to professional, alongside fun recreational diving, snorkeling trips and a Discover Scuba Diving program. Options range from a shore dive in Aqaba (from USD 50) to a Full-Day Shore Dive Trip of three dives, PADI Adventure Diver, Peak Performance Buoyancy, ReActivate Scuba Refresher and a 6-dive package. Equipment rental and diver accommodation are also available.

Local dives include the Cedar Pride and C-130 Hercules Plane Wreck, the Underwater Military Museum, King Abdullah Reef, Rainbow Reef and the Japanese Garden, where you may spot turtles, sharks, whales and ocean fish. Onsite facilities cover a classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat, food and drinks, and parking — a solid choice for both new and certified divers.
