Aqua Diving Academy

At Aqua Diving Academy in Portland, the philosophy is simple: whatever level of diving you desire, the team is there to help you fulfill your dreams. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center, the academy welcomes everyone from complete novices to divers chasing the most technical certifications, with instructors ready to begin your training at any time of the year.

Instructors with real-world depth

What sets this center apart is its people. The instructors don't merely teach — each brings genuine professional diving experience, from commercial work such as scalloping and diving for urchins to projects on dive magazines and archaeological dives. That breadth means you learn from divers who have truly put their skills to work.

On site you'll find a training pool and a classroom, supported by services including air fills, Nitrox, equipment sales, servicing and repairs, and a full range of scuba rental gear. With instruction offered in English, Aqua Diving Academy suits anyone in the Portland area looking to start out or progress all the way through to technical diving.
