Aqua Ventures

Aqua Ventures is the longest-running owner-operated dive centre in Kenya, welcoming divers to the waters off Watamu since 1989. As a PADI 5 Star Centre with 3 PADI Instructors, it has built its reputation on offering a safe, friendly environment for guided diving in the Watamu Marine Park & Reserve, where the warm, clear waters of the Indian Ocean make an ideal classroom.

Courses and diving

Whether you're taking your first breaths underwater or advancing your qualifications, the dedicated instructors run a range of PADI courses, including PADI First Aid EFR training. An onsite training pool and classroom sit right at the waterfront, with a dive boat ready to reach local sites such as South Canyon, Canyon and Dolphin Point.

Beneath the surface, divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles, rays, eels, molluscs and crustaceans, alongside vibrant corals, anemones and reef fish. With equipment rental, servicing and a dive club on hand, Aqua Ventures suits newcomers and experienced divers alike, all served in English.
