Awesome Dive is a PADI Resort on Panglao Island in the Philippines, where the philosophy is refreshingly simple: no touching marine life, no chasing turtles, no whale shark tours — just diving done right. And as the team likes to put it, the scuba diving is still awesome.

Courses, dive sites and who it suits

Training runs through PADI programmes including Scuba Diving, Mermaid, Snorkelling, and First Aid (EFR), supported by an onsite training pool and classroom. That mix makes it a natural fit for first-timers, families with children, and certified divers alike, with staff speaking English, Korean, and Filipino.

From its waterfront base you can dive the house reef or head out by boat to sites such as Napaling, Arco Point, Doljo Point, Pamilacan Island, and Hoyo Hoy, among many others. Divers encounter sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish along the way. Air fills, nitrox, equipment sales, and a full range of rental gear round out the setup, with free Wi-Fi on hand.
