Bayou Divers

Bayou Divers is a PADI Five-Star Dive Facility serving the scuba diving needs of North Louisiana, South Arkansas and Western Mississippi. From its full-service base in Monroe, this is a true year-round home for divers, anchored by a large indoor heated pool where lessons and training carry on whatever the season.

Courses and what to expect

The center is built around the PADI Open Water Diver certification — the most popular diver certification program in the world. Throughout the course you'll learn the fundamentals of scuba diving, including everything about dive equipment and safe diving techniques, guided by a team of 11 PADI instructors. Beyond entry-level training, Bayou Divers also offers PADI Snorkelling and PADI First Aid (EFR).

An onsite training pool, classroom and retail shop round out the facility, with air fills, equipment sales, scuba gear rental and dive travel all on hand. Instruction and service are offered in English. It's a welcoming fit for newcomers taking their first breaths underwater as well as certified divers needing fills, gear or their next adventure.
