Blue Flow

Based in Muscat, Blue Flow Diving is a PADI 5 Star Dive Center operating from Marina Bandar Al Rowdha and from Barka Harbor, close to Daymaniyat Island. Its multi-lingual team of dive professionals — with 2 PADI Instructors on staff and English, French, German, Italian, and Arabic spoken — places a high regard on customer safety, whether you're a first-timer or a seasoned diver.

Courses and dive sites

The centre covers dive sites across Muscat, Daymaniyat Island, Al Fahal Island, Bandar Al Khayran, and Ras Abou Dooud. Course and activity options run from a PADI Discover Scuba Diving taster and PADI Open Water Diver through Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver, alongside single afternoon dives and multi-day 2-tank dive packages. Prices start from USD 125.

Beneath the surface, divers can encounter sharks, whales, turtles, and ocean fish. On land, facilities include an onsite training pool, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, food and drinks, and parking, with air fills and nitrox also available — a well-rounded base for exploring Oman's waters.
