Blue Revival Diving College

Blue Revival Diving College is an inclusive, multicultural and family- and animal-friendly dive centre on Panglao Island in the Philippines. As a PADI 5 Star IDC with six PADI instructors, the team covers the full learning ladder — from PADI Discover Scuba Diving (from USD 76) and Open Water Diver through to professional Divemaster and Instructor IDCs, plus TecRec technical diving and unique conservation courses.

Courses, dive sites and marine life

Alongside training, the centre runs fun dives to Balicasag, Pamilacan, Napaling and Panglao, with local sites including Doljo Point, Arco Point, Napaling and the Tawala MPA. Divers here have the chance to encounter sharks, whales, turtles, ocean fish, corals, eels, molluscs and crustaceans across these reefs.

On-site facilities include a training pool, a classroom, an Adaptive Services Facility, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a dive boat and accommodation. With staff speaking English, German, Mandarin, Cantonese, Filipino and Portuguese, it suits everyone from first-time divers to aspiring instructors.
