Blue Water Divers

Set within Malapascua Beach and Dive Resort directly on the bounty beach front, Blue Water Divers has been one of the pioneer PADI Dive Shop members on Malapascua Island since 2008. The centre runs a full operation — dive shop, reception, a small classroom, equipment room, compressor house and the only 3-metre-deep dive pool on the island.

Courses and diving

Blue Water Divers is built for learning. Beginners, including children, can take their first breaths underwater in the custom training pool, and the team certifies divers all the way from Open Water student to Dive Master, with specialty courses along the way. Daily fun dives are available on request, guided by three PADI instructors.

Nearby dive sites include Chocolate Island and Lapus Lapus, where divers may encounter sharks, whales, turtles and ocean fish. With an onsite training pool and classroom, waterfront location, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and English-speaking staff, it's a comfortable base for new and progressing divers alike.
