Bongo Bongo Divers

Bongo Bongo Divers is a small, warm dive centre in Dauin, Negros Oriental, in the Philippines, set close to the city of Dumaguete. As a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development and Scuba Diving Centre, it pairs professional training with a genuine personal touch — a team of four PADI instructors delivering safety-focused diving with real patience.

Courses and diving in Dauin

Whether you're brand new or building on experience, the centre runs 18 courses and activities, from PADI Scuba Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy to Deep Diver, Sidemount and the ReActivate refresher. A house reef and onsite training pool make it easy to sharpen skills close to base, and enriched air (Nitrox) is available for those going further.

From here you can reach dive sites along the Dauin coast — including Sahara, San Miguel and Cars — plus the muck-diving critters Dumaguete is famous for and the reefs near Apo Island. Expect turtles, tropical fish, molluscs, crustaceans and more. With eight languages spoken, it suits divers of every level.
