Boulders and Bubbles

Boulders and Bubbles LLC is the SCUBA and climbing headquarters for central PA, based in Williamsport. The shop is built on 57 years of experience carried over from A Water Odyssey SCUBA, and it operates as a recognised PADI 5 Star Dive Center with 3 PADI Instructors on the team.

Training and services

This is a full-service dive shop committed to professional training for both the sport diver and the public safety diver, with PADI Scuba Diving courses and PADI First Aid - EFR on offer. Beyond instruction, you'll find equipment sales, service and repairs, scuba equipment rental, air fills and Nitrox. A dive club, conservation activities and travel round out what the center does.

On site there's an onsite classroom, air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a retail shop and parking. Rental gear includes a BCD, 7mm wetsuit, mask and snorkel, full-foot fins, gauges, regulator, dive computer and boots. With a clear focus on full disclosure of all prices, it suits divers who want straightforward, professional support toward their goals.
