Bubbles or Not

Bubbles or Not Diving sits in the heart of historic downtown Harlem, Georgia. Founded by U.S. Army Veteran Bob Bennett and his wife Rose, the shop grew out of a simple wish: to share 25 years of diving experience and passion with the public. The result is a family-oriented dive center built around introducing people to the joys and wonders of scuba.

Training, gear and community

As a PADI 5 Star IDC with 9 PADI instructors, the center covers the full path from PADI Scuba Diving and Snorkelling through PADI TecRec, Rebreather/CCR Diving, First Aid – EFR, Public Safety Diver and Adaptive Diving. An onsite training pool, classroom and deep pool keep learning close to home, backed by air fills, nitrox and mixed gas.

A retail shop and rental range — from wetsuits and regulators to rebreathers and scooters, plus kids' equipment — support every level. With a dive club, conservation activities and travel, Bubbles or Not suits families, new divers and those pushing into technical waters alike. English is spoken.
