Cabrits Dive Centre

Cabrits Dive Centre is the only PADI 5 Star Dive Center on the north western end of Dominica — an island known for diving of exception and wildness that leaves you with a sense of true discovery. With two PADI Instructors and a habit of keeping dive groups small, it's a spot that suits divers who'd rather explore than jostle in a crowd.

Local dive sites and marine life

Most sites sit a short, scenic boat ride away within Cabrits National Park and historic Prince Rupert Bay. The line-up spans Split Rock, Toucari Caves, Tube Reef, Shark's mouth, Coral garden, Cannon site, Toucari North, Secret Arch, Five fingers, One finger, Pole to pole and Hot sulfur. Below the surface you might cross paths with sharks, whales, turtles and plenty of ocean fish.

The centre runs PADI scuba diving and offers Nitrox, along with scuba equipment rental. On land there's an onsite classroom, a retail shop, free Wi-Fi and a dive boat. Staff speak English and French, making it an easy fit for visiting divers of all levels.
