Celsius Club

Celsius Club is a PADI IDC Resort tucked right beside the Sunabe coast in Chatan, on the main island of Okinawa, Japan. As a PADI 5 Star IDC Resort, it sits at the more advanced end of the PADI training ladder — a base built for divers who want to keep progressing in the water.

Courses and what to expect

The centre runs PADI Scuba Diving and PADI Snorkelling, along with PADI First Aid (EFR) training, so there's room to start out, build confidence, or pick up rescue-ready skills. Nitrox is available, and full scuba rental covers BCD, regulator, mask and snorkel, gauges, compass, boots and a 5mm wetsuit, with equipment sales on hand too.

On land you'll find air conditioning, free Wi-Fi and parking. Worth knowing: service here is in Japanese only, so Celsius Club is best suited to Japanese-speaking divers based in Japan who want a welcoming local home for diving the waters off Okinawa.
