Courses and diving

This PADI Resort, staffed by a PADI Instructor, runs the full training path. Beginners can start with Discover Scuba Diving or the PADI Open Water Diver course, while certified divers can extend their skills with the Advanced Open Water Diver, Deep Diver, and Wreck Diver Specialty courses — many built around the famous Japanese WWII wrecks. A half-day trip to Coron Island with two dives starts from USD 66.

Dive sites range from reefs and Barracuda Lake to celebrated wrecks such as the Irako, Akitsushima, Okikawa Maru, Kogyo Maru, and Olympia Maru. Boats carry emergency oxygen, a first aid kit, and a marine radio, rental gear is brand new from Scubapro, and Nitrox is available and strongly recommended for the deeper wrecks. English is spoken, and free Wi-Fi rounds out the facilities — a solid fit for both new and experienced wreck divers.
