CURRENT BLUE

Current Blue is a PADI 5-Star IDC dive centre based in Tokyo, offering private, fully customised diving tours around Chiba, Japan. With two PADI Instructors on the team, guided dives are available for both beginners and experienced divers — and every itinerary is tailored to your group, so you never feel lost or stressed exploring Japan's waters.

Signature dive sites

The centre is known for standout local diving: Shark City in Ito, where you can dive alongside dozens of sand tiger sharks; the hammerhead shark dive at Mikomoto Island; and the dynamic reefs of Tateyama and Nishi-Kawana, managed by Current Blue's own PADI 5-Star Dive Resort.

Training is well supported, with PADI Scuba Diving courses and PADI First Aid (EFR), plus an onsite training pool and classroom, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. Private charters suit groups of four or more, up to ten guests. Japanese is spoken, with translation tools used to make every visitor feel genuinely welcomed.
