Deep South Divers

Founded in 1995, Deep South Divers has spent more than 25 years serving the western Georgia and Southwest Atlanta area. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Center with a team of 10 PADI Instructors, it has trained thousands of divers and built a community that reaches well beyond Atlanta — drawing students from the northeast, midwest and west coast, plus diving friends from other countries who join its trips.

Who it suits

This is a centre for divers who want a home base and a crew to travel with. Over the years the team has guided divers throughout the USA, the Caribbean and further exotic destinations, making it a natural fit whether you're starting out or looking for active divers to explore alongside.

On-site facilities include air conditioning, a retail shop and parking, with air fills and PADI scuba diving services available. English is spoken, and the centre is open Thursday and Friday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday.
