Deluna Diving Center

Established in 2013 on Mindoro Island in Puerto Galera, Philippines, Deluna Diving Center has grown into a recognised leader in the country's dive scene. As a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort with four PADI Instructors, it welcomes everyone from first-time divers to aspiring professionals, backed by dedicated classroom space, training and course pools, a desalination pool and a powerful compressor.

Courses and dive sites

The centre runs a broad line-up of PADI training, including Advanced Open Water Diver, Wreck Diver, Drift Diver, Enriched Air Diver, Digital Underwater Photographer and the ReActivate refresher, alongside full-day boat dive trips of two or three dives. Four languages are spoken here: English, Spanish, Filipino and Russian.

Local diving takes in sites such as Manila Channel, Dungon Wall, The Seagrass, Washing Machine, Tamaraw Reef, Hibo Reef, Small La Laguna, Sombrero Island, Drop Off and the convenient Deluna House Reef. Divers may encounter sharks, turtles, eels, molluscs, corals and a wealth of ocean fish. With equipment maintained to PADI and Philippine standards, safety stays front and centre.
