Dive Center Pietermaai

Welcome to Dive Center Pietermaai, a small-scale, family-run dive shop set inside an ancient building in historic downtown Willemstad, the capital of Curaçao. Located next to Scuba Lodge Hotel in the Pietermaai district, this PADI 5 Star IDC Resort keeps things personal — with just 14 rooms and its own dive shop under one roof, its team of 7 PADI Instructors gives divers and non-divers alike genuine attention, both at the surface and underwater.

Courses and diving

The centre offers a full range of PADI training, from the Advanced Open Water Diver and Adventure Diver courses to Rescue Diver and Peak Performance Buoyancy, alongside Emergency First Response training. Guided outings include 1 Tank and 2 Tank guided dives for those who simply want to get in the water.

Divers explore local sites such as Superior Producer, Tugboat, Alice in Wonderland, Caracasbaai and the on-site house reef. With an onsite training pool, classroom, waterfront location and staff speaking English, Spanish, Dutch and Portuguese, it suits new and experienced divers alike.
